1. About River City Runner

River City Runner ("we", "us") is a local delivery service operating in Yonkers, NY. We shop for and deliver everyday items from participating retailers and fulfill custom local errands.

2. Estimated Pricing

Item prices shown in the app are estimates and may include a small convenience markup. Final totals can change based on actual store prices, taxes, or substitutions. You authorize us to adjust the final total accordingly.

3. Substitutions

You select a substitution preference at checkout. If you choose "contact me," we'll text or call before substituting.

4. Restricted Items

We do not deliver alcohol, tobacco, lottery products, or prescription medications.

5. Account & Eligibility

You must be 18+ to place an order. You're responsible for accurate delivery information and for items left at your address.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled until shopping starts. Once shopping begins, contact us — we'll do our best to help.

7. Liability

Service is provided "as is." We're not liable for store inventory changes, allergic reactions, or product defects. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
